How questions are written
Each item is drafted against current BNF guidance, then independently blind-reviewed: a second reviewer answers it cold, without seeing the intended answer, before it enters the bank. Free-text prescriptions are marked by a scoring engine that credits drug choice, dose, route and frequency separately, with partial credit for defensible alternatives, the way the real exam marks.
